We hope you love everything you buy from us, but if you want to return your purchase, we are happy to give you a full refund.
Love-Arikai will exchange or refund purchased goods within 14 days of the order’s ship date. All goods must be unworn, tags intact and in perfect condition along with the billing receipt. Please indicate on the billing receipt why you are returning the item. Refunds will not be issued until the goods have been received and processed.
Please allow up to 5 working days to process your return from the date of delivery to us, returns can take 3-5 working days to show in your account once processed.
We would strongly recommend you to obtain proof of postage with a tracking number as items lost on return will not be Love -Arikai responsibility and will not be processed.
Please note - Postage fee for returns or dispatch is not refunded.
For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, cosmetics and swimwear/underwear briefs if the original packaging and hygiene seal has been removed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Any items received faulty must be reported to the team within 14 days of delivery
- Please contact email@example.com within 14 days of delivery if you think your item is faulty. The team will assess your images and provide you with a free returns label to send the goods back for your refund or exchange
- We ask that you take great care when trying on garments. We cannot accept returns on items with marks from make-up, fake tans or creams or any other visible marks.
- All items are checked through quality control before dispatch and expected to be returned in the same condition.
- All postage costs are non-refundable and unfortunately, we do not offer pre-paid returns.
- We strongly recommend you return parcels back to us using a recorded trackable delivery service. Any items with no tracking which does not reach us is not the responsibility of Love-Arikai.com.
- We can only offer a refund on stock no exchanges are accepted.
HOW TO RETURN:
- Returns details are on the bottom of your invoice/billing receipt enclosed in your delivery package
- We currently do not offer free returns
- We STRONGLY advise you to obtain a signed for return tracking number from the post office as returns lost in the post will not be the responsibility of Love-Arikai
- If you have misplaced your invoice/billing receipt, please ensure to include a note in with your parcel clearly stating your contact details and full name
